You tried generating images of your own product, your founder, or your brand mascot, and the results look close but wrong. The face drifts. The product is almost right but never quite your product. The style resets every time you open a new chat. Generic AI does not know your subject, so it guesses, and it guesses differently every time. That is the gap I close. I train a model on your actual subject so the output looks like you on purpose, not by accident.
What I Build
I train custom LoRA and fine tuned image models on a subject you give me, then hand you something you can generate from reliably. I do realistic person and face models that hold a likeness across poses, lighting, and scenes, product models that keep your real product consistent for ads and listings, brand and style models that lock a single visual language across everything you make, and character models that keep a recurring mascot or persona on model from one image to the next. The work that decides quality is the work most people skip. I curate and prepare the training set, caption it properly, choose the training approach that fits your subject, and run the training until the model reproduces what you actually care about instead of an average of it. You receive the trained model, the settings and prompts that get the most out of it, and, if you want it, a small generation pipeline so your team can produce images without learning the tooling.
How I Work
I work solo, fast, and heavily AI augmented, and I run this exact pipeline on my own products, so I am not learning the craft on your budget. I start by looking at your reference images and telling you honestly whether they are strong enough, because the output is mostly decided by the input, and a model trained on a thin or inconsistent set will disappoint no matter how the training is run. If the references are not there yet, I tell you what to capture before we spend anything on training. Then I train in tight passes and show you real generations early, not a single reveal at the end. We sharpen toward the look you want, whether that is strict photoreal or a deliberately stylized brand world. There is no agency markup and no handoff between people who have never spoken. You talk to the person doing the training. Most single subject LoRA projects start around $500, and a larger job with multiple models or a full pipeline is scoped against the outcome. You can ballpark your own project before we talk.
Proof
I trained custom AI image models and designed custom image and video generation pipelines from scratch for Apatero Studio, the AI generation platform I built and run for over 5,500 users. This is not a side experiment for me. Custom model training and generation pipelines are core to a product I ship and operate in production, with real users generating real output through systems I built. The same approach I use to keep Apatero's generations consistent is the approach I would bring to your subject, your product, or your brand. I document a finetuning and LoRA training project in more detail in my model finetuning case study, and you can see the rest of what I have built on my work page.
What can you train a model on? A person or face, a product, a brand style, or a recurring character. If you can give me a clean and varied set of reference images, I can usually train a model that reproduces it on demand, and I tell you whether your set is strong enough before any training starts. What do I actually receive? The trained model file, a short guide on the settings and prompts that get the best results, and, if you want it, a small generation pipeline so your team can produce images without touching the technical side. How realistic can it get? Photoreal is very achievable for people and products with a good reference set. I am honest about the ceiling for your specific case before we begin, because the output quality is mostly decided by the quality and variety of the training images. How does pricing work? A single subject LoRA usually starts around $500. A larger job is scoped separately against the outcome, and I tell you the shape of it before any work happens. How do we start? We get on a short call, you tell me what you want the model to reproduce, and I tell you honestly whether your references are enough and what the first usable version would look like.Ready to make a model that actually looks like your subject? Fixed scope and a fixed number agreed before any work starts, so no surprise invoices. You talk to the person writing the code, not an account manager.
