KEVIN GABECI CREATOR WORKFLOWS
Email privacy and source details
This page explains how the Indie Creator Toolkit Roadmap sequence and carefully limited business outreach handle email data. It is not the privacy notice for Terminal Pets or any other Kevin Gabeci project.
Roadmap subscribers
When you request the free Roadmap, the site stores your normalized email, selected creator goal, consent time, attribution, recommended path, delivery status, and unsubscribe status. This information is used to deliver the requested PDF and the five follow-up workflow emails described beside the form.
Public sources used for limited business outreach
The outreach worker starts with recent public launches and organization-owned public projects on Show HN, public GitHub, public GitLab, or Product Hunt when configured. It inspects only the project's own public HTTPS website and same-domain business contact, company, partnership, or legal pages. It records the source, the exact page where a business email was published, the public product description, and evidence of the relevant corporate entity. It does not guess addresses, buy lists, bypass access controls, or reuse contact pools from another Kevin Gabeci business.
Purpose and lawful basis
Roadmap email is based on your request and consent. Limited business outreach is used only where a relevant business workflow and a corporate recipient can be evidenced. Where applicable, the intended basis is legitimate interests in sending one relevant business offer. The system is not used where consent is legally required unless that consent exists.
Replies and human review
Replies sent to the dedicated Creator Toolkit receiving address are processed by the email provider and delivered to this site through a signed event. The site retrieves the reply text, classifies it for routing, and stops later automated outreach for the sender and their company domain. A positive reply, question, referral, or request to reconnect later may receive one short acknowledgment confirming that Kevin will read it personally. Any substantive response remains a human-reviewed draft and is not sent automatically.
Suppression and retention
Every marketing message provides a direct unsubscribe control. Unsubscribing cancels pending Roadmap deliveries and adds the address to suppression. Unsent prospect records are reviewed or removed after 30 days; sent-message evidence is retained for up to 12 months for delivery and compliance review. A minimal email hash may be retained longer in suppression so an opt-out is not accidentally ignored.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe from any message. You may also ask what source was used, request correction or deletion where applicable, or object to processing by emailing kgabeci@gmail.com.
