I build complete web applications and SaaS products by myself, from the first screen the user sees down to the database and the server it runs on.

What I Build

I ship the entire product, not a slice of it. That includes the user-facing frontend, the backend and API, the database schema, authentication, payments, admin tooling, and the deployment that puts it in front of real customers. How I Work

I work solo, and that is the feature, not a compromise. When one engineer holds the whole product in their head, there is no handoff tax, no ticket sitting in someone else's queue, and no game of telephone between a designer, a backend dev, and a DevOps person who have never spoken. A decision gets made and shipped the same day. I am heavily AI-augmented, which means I move at a pace a small team used to need to match. That does not mean I generate slop and hope. It means I spend my judgment on architecture, edge cases, and the parts that decide whether your product feels solid, while the routine work goes faster. I scope honestly. Before we start I tell you what is realistic in the time we have, what I would cut to hit a date, and what I would not cut because it would hurt you later. You stay in the loop the whole way with a working URL you can click through, not a status report you have to take on faith. You see it come together as it comes together.

How do we start? We get on a call, you tell me what you are trying to build and why, and I come back with a plain scope and an honest read on timeline. No long discovery invoice before we know if it is a fit. How long does a build take? It depends entirely on scope, and I will give you a real estimate once I understand the product. A focused first version that users can actually sign up for and use is usually a matter of weeks, not quarters. I would rather ship something real and tight than promise everything and stall. How does pricing work? I scope the work and we agree on it before I start, so there are no surprises. I do not bill an open-ended retainer that drifts. You pay for a defined piece of work that ships. What if I am not sure about my full feature list yet? That is normal and fine. We build the core that proves the idea first, get it in front of users, and let what they do decide what comes next.
